Payment and Shipping:

-Depending on the items, I may need to ship separately. If there are any items in question, the checkout will let you know which items are shipping separately, and how much each item is. Whenever possible, I try to combine shipping and send in one big package. If I am able to combine shipping, I will email and refund you however much shipping I did not use. However again, I have a lot of different size/shape/weight items in my shop, combining items into one package might not be possible in every single case. You're welcome to send an email asking if two items are able to be combined before purchasing.

-The majority of orders will ship within a week of the order being placed. Custom and larger orders are the exception. Custom orders are considered commissions, follow the same TOS as any of my commissions, and vary in creation time depending on how booked my commisison list is. We will be keeping in regular contact for work in progress updates, some of which I may ask for your approval on. Please be ready to respond if you order a custom item. If you need a commissioned item by a certain date, please ask me what my schedule is like before placing an order.

-This store ships from Colorado, USA, through USPS. Orders in the USA are usually fairly quick arrivals (a week or two), international orders may take up to 5-6 weeks to arrive.

-If you do not see shipping to your country, please contact me so that I can add an option for you! I have not yet found a good solution for shipping profiles, since the cost is a bit different for every country. The only place I cannot ship is to Germany, due to laws there.

-The address on your Paypal is the address I will be using. Please be sure it is correct before ordering! If it is not, click "contact" to the left and let me know the corrected address, or leave the correct address in the Paypal notes.

Exchanges:

-I will accept exchanges in the case that it was my mistake for sending the incorrect item. Please contact me as soon as possible to work out details. (Within 7 days of delivery).

-Exchanges due to the fault of the customer (ie- changing one's mind about which item to order), will not be accepted.

-If it is determined that the item needs to be returned, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned with no damage, and as securely as possible, (preferably the same way it was shipped).

-Please read over the FAQ section for details on care tips. By purchasing items or custom paints from this shop, you are agreeing to the artist's TOS: http://wintersoulstudios.com/tos.html

-If there is an issue with your order, such as it arrives damaged, goes missing in the mail, etc., please contact me as soon as you find the issue.

-I love to see happy customers! Please reach out to work it out before leaving a poor review, I am here to do my best to meet your needs, and am happy to figure out solutions with you.

FAQ:

How quickly do you respond?

Thursday & Friday are generally the days that I am able to respond to correspondance. I do my best to respond as quickly as possible, and I usually get back to people within the week. Days which I will definitely be unavailable to respond or ship items are Sun-Tues.

How are your casts made?

All pendants and sculptures are sculpted, cast, and hand painted in the US by the artist. They're cast in a sturdy bright white urethane resin, and once painted, they're sealed in a protective varnish.

Do you cast year round?

Right now, I don't have the facilities to cast through the winter, although I do keep some winter stock. If you see a pendant or resin out of stock, feel free to e-mail me and ask if it will be available again in the spring.

May I customize/re-sculpt my unpainted cast?

Yes, as long as you do not re-produce (cast) the customized piece. Feel free to let your imagination run with unpainted casts!

Reproduction of any of my work is NOT allowed.

Would your sculptures make a good toy for my child?

No, pendants and sculptures are meant for the end purpose of being collectibles, NOT as children's toys. The varnish is not child safe and the small parts are choking hazards. The surfaces can scratch when put up against rocks/dirt/places where kids like to play. All sculptures are meant to be treated as art, give to children at your own risk.

Why is the color of this item slightly different from the photo?

Please keep in mind, I am not a manufactering facitily, I am an individual artist. This means that sometimes items might vary. I do my best to adjust photos as closely to the actual print/item colors as possible, and I try to color match prints to the digital image. Every item is inspected by the artist for quality, and when quality is lower than desired, I do my best to be honest about the item you will receive. However, I don’t have control over things such as your monitor, so color may be slightly off from what you see on your screen.

Do you have any care tips?

Resins and Pendants: While resins are fairly sturdy, care should be taken when handling, (for example, take off any jewelry, avoid dropping, etc.). Resin can warp if left in heat, so avoid direct sunlight and heat. A soft cloth may be used to wipe away any dust if needed. If you have any concerns about your resin/pendant, please try to contact me within the week after receiving the item.

Prints: Ideally, prints should be stored either within the clear bag or behind glass, and try to keep dust/smoke/sunlight/hands off of the print. I do my best to use paper, ink, and material which is as archivable as possible. Most of my paper is made by a company whose manufacturing facility is in the US, and focused on quality. Prints are made on a high quality Canon photo printer.

Metallic paper prints, although beautiful, are the least archivable. Matte prints are quite a bit more archivable, (I have not yet had yellowing issues). For those who want the best, long lasting prints, I do have an option that leaves whiteners out of the paper. I may add this option to each listing in the future, until then please send me an email specifying that you would like that option.

Magnets: Indoor use only! These are handmade, not weatherproof, and can potentially peel/scratch if exposed to a lot of handling.

Stickers: These are vinyl stickers, and do fine outdoors. They will wear down and fade within a few years in direct sunlight and weather. The best place to stick them for long life is on something which is out of direct sunlight and weather. Make sure the surface is clean before placing sticker.

Again, keep in mind that the end purpose of all of these are meant to be collectibles. Some items will have more wear and tear over time, eventhough I do my best to focus on quality.

Should damage occur, it is highly encouraged for the customer to contact the artist. The buyer MUST contact the artist before filing a complaint with a third party, (not contacting the artist first will be seen as a violation of the artist's TOS). The source of the damage will be determined, not to place blame, but to understand how we can repair your sculpture, and also to have information for future customers. Damage reports are not only appreciated and valued, but vital to helping me create better products and care tips in the future!

Should there be damage due to unforeseen defects in casting or materials, the client should contact the artist to work out a solution.
