From Water to Sun - ORIGINAL

An original ink, gold pen, and marker illustration. It was based on all of the beautiful dragonflies and damselflies which live at the creek near my house. The sunlight glimmering on these tiny jeweled creatures has always struck awe in me. Even the life process of them is pretty incredible. From the depths of the murky waters, they eventually rise to soar through the air.

This is the ORIGINAL illustration, not a print, so it is truly unique! Especially the gold disk and wings, at a certain angle the light hits and they shine in all their golden glory! It is packed in a protective plastic slip and the backing is archivable quality mat board, just in case the new owner doesn’t want to frame it, it will be safe and sound to display and keep in this packaging.
